If you have defects and damages on your purchase of your product, we’re here to help.


There is a 7-day replacement policy for an item from the date it has been delivered. To be eligible for a replacement, an unboxing video has to be taken from the start till the end of opening the package. In the case of any physical damage, it has to be shown in that video. The item must be unused and should be in the same condition as when delivered. The product must be in the original packaging. No Refund.

To initiate a replacement, contact customer help through WhatsApp with your unboxing video. Initiation of pickup will be done once the approval has been given (which needs to be replaced). No shipping charges will be added.

As soon as the product has been received, it will be reviewed for its condition before approval. Once the replacement is approved, the initiation of the new item will be processed and a tracking ID will be sent to the e-mail ID.
